She was rightfully snubbed,the BBMAs are all about figures,so if she really cared she would have worked to improve her numbers,at this rate her chances of winning any major awards are dwindling,because it won't take long till another big artist outsell her.It's a shame she doesn't care about anything other than touring these days.
