A.R. Rahman lately hasn't been quite as good as he used to be. Still it's a nice song. The indian singer is Sukhwinder Singh by the way, I'm a fan of his too, you might want to add him to the OP.

I honestly think he peaked with Taal and a few Tamil movies he composed in the 90s. The last Hindi movie he did a good job on was Guru. He's very overrated.

Yeah I agree that was his peak but I do think he was pretty good on Slumdog Millionaire (not Jai Ho but I did like O Saya for example).
