Yes it is something, but don't you think that it can later backfire? We have seen how RF (very similar to Gone3x) has been doing. I just wished they would expand their sound more like they kinda do in Fool For Your and Midnight Sun, (Searchlight too).
But choosing the songs that are behind UYH on iTunes could backfire too right ? I just hope the one they'll choose will be the good one, i need him to have a hit single and thus album sales increase.
Yes anyone of those can backfire, but at least those songs are better than RF so not at hope is lost. As Ich said there is not much difference in sales for those songs. Interscope can't really go wrong, unless they chose Lead On, Trigger, Thicket, etc which won't unfortunately get played on HAC.
