I wonder what the Memoirs leftovers sound like. I bet they slay. But I hope they does not have the same exact production and pasted the features directly on it.

I'm not negative, just keeping it real. The album is good not great. And the fact that those songs could easily belong to "E=MC2" and " Memoirs Of An Imperfect Angel" doesn't help either. It's a fact.

But, there are some great songs, no doubt.

Camouflage is really growing on me. It reminds me of her 90's ballads just a bit.

What i love with this album is that its so rich in soul and personality. Although its also experimental for Mariah in certain parts, its just so Mariah...

After the soulless Memoirs and E=Mc2 (one tried too hard , while the other i don't think Mariah was focused enough, although both containing some gems) , this album is instantly refreshing and spine tingling emotional.. Every song has a message and situation - even Thirsty. It truly is a great album.

A worthy edition to her almost flawless discography..

I'm obsessed with "Supernatural". Oh my god, this album is just perfect. You can tell she left her heart and soul on EVERY track.

I've listened to this album at least 10 times all the way through...MY LAWDDDDDDDDDDDDD

1. Cry. 10/10- Absolutely everything you need in a Mariah Carey ballad. The lyrics! The emotions! The instrumentals! It's perfectly heartbreaking, like the Good Emperoress Mimi read my diary and sung it outloud in 5 damn octives! ("I should have known that you would tire of me", "Imprudently!" "I guess it was selfish of me to think that I would be eternally happy!")
2. Faded 10/10- Now this song is sexy and sultry. Had me grooving in bed at like 12:01am. Mimi did her thing.
3. Dedicated 9/10- Not Totally stanning for this like my other sistren are, BUT this is very good. Love Nas on this. This song is throwback classic and feels good.
4. #Beautiful 10/10- Instant Classic and it will never age.
5. Thirsty 10/10- This song feels a bit out of place, but it doesn't detract from the album. This song is a damn banger. I love it. Makes me feel b**chy!
6. Make It Look Good 9/10- YES! Old school bop! Throw down!
7. You're Mine (Eternal) 10/10- Grows even more perfect with every listen!
8. You Don't Know What To Do 10/10- Holy LAWD! Is this song addicting or what? It's Summer perfection and just is a fantastic bop! Wale did his thing too!
9. Supernatural 10/10- I cried the first time I listened to it. So beautiful. Just a happy happy song.
10. Meteorite 10/10- WHERE DID THIS COME FROM? Totally unexpected and just fantastic. Gay bar here i come!!!
11. Camouflage 9/10- First time I heard it I was like what kind of mess!? Then I found myself dying to hear the lyrics. Such a deep cut.
12. Money ($*/...) 10/10 What a well worth wait! WOW! This is a damn bop! Had me falling in love with the first person I saw. Yes!
13. One More Try 8/10- It may need to grow on me. I just expected more. I feel let down. Vocally it's great. I just wanted MORE. Idk
14. Heavenly (No Ways Tired/Can't Give Up Now) 10/10 Something to top Fly Like A Bird? YES IT DID! Wow. What an inspirational diddy! Had me praising him! YESSS!


Overall... 10/10. Probably her 3rd best album. SO solid and just a complete tale for the chilllllllren.

I proudly proclaim that Faded is my favourite track from the album... It reminds me of an up to date The Roof mixed with Slipping Away, both my favourite Mariah tracks ever.

I think You Don't Know What To Do would work as a single, but Thirsty is a sure-fire hit for the masses. This album just works better as a cohesive whole.
