She tweeted radio might be first, which is a bit worrisome. I honestly have no clue where the song will premiere because even she said her statement in a "maybe" sort of fashion..
That's for George Town (which isn't in the US), which doesn't observe DST. If you look under, it says 4:48AM for New York, which does observe it and is what's considered true "Eastern Time".
