I know that there are some of you out there who is ready for some football...or, in this case, fantasy football...right?

Well, I was thinking about the possibility of starting a fantasy football league. I wanted to throw the question out there first, to see if anyone would be interested in taking part. I would love to see at least eight people, including myself, say that they are interested, but we'll see what happens.

And, for those who are wondering, chances are, the league would be on Yahoo! and not ESPN, unless one of you really wants to try the Auction Draft that badly.

I did this last year with a pick'em league and it failed miserably. I think a regular FF league would fail worse.

Anyway, I'm in. I don't know how many others will be though.

The minimum for this league can be six, but then, it's WAY too easy to get the truly best players, so that's why I wanted to go for eight. It looks like we're halfway there. Show enough interest, guys, and this league might actually live!

Okay, even if we don't have enough people right now to start an eight team league, I would like to start the league, anyway.

Three questions:

1) When should we hold the draft? Just so we're clear, it can't be on a Tuesday or Thursday, because those are school days for me.

2) How many people should be the max? 8 or 10?

3) Points per reception, yes or no?

Also, I'd be willing to answer any questions anyone has about fantasy football, if you're still confused.

uhhh.. for the draft. If you want to hold it next week wednesday or later, it would have to be after 4 PM because I start school then :-/

I'm also unavailable tuesdays and thursdays. Other than that I'm good for any day.

Don't worry, I always do league drafts after 4pm, other than on weekends, and it's still rare when I take part in a draft that isn't at night, so you're good.
