Taking into account T6 underperforming, TTT2 BOMBING, and TR barely being known to the GP, how will the next Tekken game fare?

WhyYouMadTho? Tekken 6 underperformed, TTT2 BOMBED and TR flopped, these are facts and nobody cares if you think otherwise

Tekken 6 was a success. It wasn't as successful as T5, but the community was still into it, and it was still included in EVO for 2 years. It's in the Greatest Hits of PS3, so it definitely did well.

T6 did it better than SFIV, which has had 8 iterations

The original SF4 still sold more than TTT2, so i don't know why you're tryin' it? And the fact that eeach iteration is still selling, while nobody wants T's vanilla versions speaks volumes

Along with that. Tekken 6 was released 3 years after Tekken 5, meanwhile Street Fighter IV came over 11 years after Street Fighter III.

How sad that that it STILL outsold a game with over 11 years of hype leading up to it.

You know damn well that SF4 stopped selling after a year because SSF4 came out, whereas TTT2 never started selling, stop tryin' it

Why are you comparing it to a spin-off of the series? TTT2 isn't canon, nor does it come in the chronological order.

SF -> SFII -> SFIII -> SFIV

Tekken -> T2 -> T3 -> T4 -> T5 -> T6

And I would expect a super hyped game released 6 years prior to outsell a Tag game... Like sis

Unlikely, considering they haven't revamped the engine since the first game

SF4 series sold >>> T5 series (which happens to be T's best selling game)
