I love that she's confident in what she does and doesn't care if people like it or not. ATRL is so not used to an artist defending their work from people who constantly bash it, they're just used to artists changing the moment the public tells them to. Gaga's a true artist.
This is no different from Madonna putting out a song called "Unapologetic Bitch".

And by the way, Gaga began working on ARTPOP in 2011, so the "rushed" part is all in your imagination.
