RUMOR: Bieber left Island Def Jam
Look like Justin left Island Def Jam records since he is not even on their roster ,
He used to be between July Talk and Kaptn
He is now appearing on Universal records roster .
They also used to tweet about him every day , their last tweet that had anything related to him was in March .
Can someone with industry connection confirm this ?

Island-Def Jam is a Universal Music Group record label, so it's not that big of a deal.
Maybe he wants his own label.

Island Def Jam isnt a label anymore I believe they're moving artists around and Island was under or a part of universal or something.

Ugh, I can't believe I've looked into this as much as I have.

Nope, Def Jam Recordings is a part of Universal Music Group.
However, as of last month, Def Jam Recordings, Island Records, and Motown Records are their own record labels, independent of one another.
All of the artists above have Island logos next to them. Justin could still be with Def Jam, but just removed from the Island site.

Maybe it's because the Mexican Madonna joined the label?

What's funny, girl? The fail @ your attempt to be shady when Island Def Jam disbanded and he's STILL signed to one of the two. Try again.
Anyways, he's probably ultimately signed to Island Records because that's where he started before the companies merged.
