I think we all have to get used to the fact that none of our faves will shine when it comes to album sales, tbh. Especially when they are releasing outside of the best selling season that is from Sept to Dec.
Labels and artists will have to find new strategies to sell albums or just start releasing more EP's.
Let's face it, not much people sell more than 300k these days. I remember back than when PFRR was released, everyone said it's a flop because it opened with like 240k. In these days those numbers are GREAT. Of course i'd like to see her opening with 300k. The hype is here, just need to gets bigger and with the right promotion...
Although if she'd pull a Beyoncé ... that would be awesome!
