So ive been thinking of getting this procedure done for a couple of years now but have been too scared of the surgery. Ive got a couple of quotes and it would cost me around £4500-£5000 for the full procedure. My nose isnt really big but i would prefer it to be a bit more smaller and straight. It looks ok when i'm normal but when i smile it sort of drops down and looks crooked, i hate it

Celebs sometimes get it wrong and they have all the money in the world, I always wonder how everyday people can take the risk. Just make sure your surgeon doesn't go over board. You have a similar nose to gaga, tell him to do yours just like gagas.

As long as you want it to be straight it's a pretty easy job to do and will still look very natural. Just don't go further to avoid it being some tragic Hollywood mess.

I wouldn't do it, personally. I don't really like my nose but I would never get surgery. I don't think you should do it, especially if your nose is like the guy in that picture, but I guess it's your choice.
