How did you all expect him to look? He is in jail after all. Life is not easy in jail. He must be tired or a bit sad. Nevertheless, he still looks quite good.
The photo was just recently released, but it's from his October arrest. I don't know if you thought the photo was recent or if you're saying it's recent to the public and he looks a mess in it.
