Chris Brown seems to be making the most of his time while locked behind bars.
Brown has been collaborating on music with R&B singer James DeBarge, who is located in the cell next to him, TMZ reports. Apparently, the two artists can’t see each other but have already written three songs together.
DeBarge, who was briefly married to Janet Jackson in the 1980s, is currently doing time for drug charges. He was a member of the Motown sibling singing group DeBarge, which had success with such songs as "Rhythm of the Night” and "Who's Holding Donna Now?”
Yeah, the "chanteuse" thing was only funny when Mariah did it, and that wasn't even supposed to be funny. It doesn't even make sense with a male artist.

But SIS, it's a trend. Don't you know it has to be used in every single thread title and thread for at least 1-2 months before the next one comes along?
It's good that he's turning a negative into a positive, and is doing something good for himself.
Although his team needs to stop playing and surprise release 'X' right now. They must have 100 songs in their hands, I'm sure 12 of them are good enough to be released. He's had 2 hits out of this album, it's a wasted opportunity.
