Sorry but I don't see how. Unless they are completly celibate then it is okay. But once they have sex it's wrong. Since sex is only for procreation and not pleasure. If it's two religious gay men having sex then it's a sin. I'm referring to Catholicism.
If they are getting married in a secular way then it's okay. But marriage under a religious form especially the Abrahamic religions is wrong since homosexual marriages are wrong. So really it's seems a bit contradictory.
