I've only used eBay and I've had no problems thus far.

I've used both and they're both great - although Amazon's service is really uberly great.

Looks like I'll be revisiting Amazon (something I haven't used in years) just for they customer services.
I've been hearing a loT of good things about them. Let me try it out for myself.
