Probably already have, going by what the British supermarkets were padding their cheap meat with.
I'd definitely be up for it if I saw it on a menu though, I had a Zebra Burger last August during the Edinburgh Fringe, it was amazing. They had other awesome types of meat there too, but Zebra was all that was left and the others slip my mind just now. Hope it comes back this year.
