Rehab was made in 2007, it was coming off from FutureSex/LoveSounds and Shock Value.

JT has become a more mature artist and Timbaland has evolved a lot since those days. I think if they got with Rih today the result would be something quite different. I'm imagining something reminiscent of Cold Case Love with TKO attributes- but who knows. I'm not a big fan of JT or most of Timbalands work. Personally, I'd love something like Take It Easy on Me.
