The doors for us opened at 7 as well, and we got there at about 5:30. Sounds about the same kind of venue it was in at Detroit.
I would suggest getting there pretty early.
By the time I got there, there was two lines, and the one I had to be in wrapped all the way around the block, it was crazy long.
However, by the time the doors opened the line was double what it was when I got in line.
So I would think 5:00 would be a decent time, bring a sweatshirt though! The line feels like it takes forever!
