The moment it opens with Liberty Walk (which includes REAL rap, not that ~rap vErse from Feelin' Myself or 23) until the closer. It's like a journey of Miley breaking out. It has vibes from every Miley phase you liked. Permanant December serves you Hannah teas My Heart SLAYS for Love gives you Breakout teas it's perfect omg.
