I live in La Jolla but I think we're good. I haven't heard or been told anything. I did get an email on how to protect your home as well as yourself and family in case of a fire

My sister can see the fires from her apartment Im a bit worried for her, but Im a SD born and raised person so im kind of used to these thank god I am in Downtown and far away from these, stay safe

I'm in Oceanside so all the fires are like surrounded my location...luckily I didn't have to evacuate

I live in Yorba Linda/Fullerton/Brea area so I have not been affected. Best wishes to people living in that area.

I think those are the sames one I went trough, back when I stayed in Eastlake/Otay Ranch I hope you stay safe

i live in Santa Clarita/Valencia. I've not been affected but you can smell smoke a little bit. I'm so thankful that in the 17 years that I have lived in Santa Clarita, there hasn't been a fire that has affected either of my houses or one that was close enough to where I needed to evacuate. But I lived in the Canyon Country area of SCV from when I was 3 to 11 and one of the reasons my Mom moved us to Valencia was because of the possibility that a fire could come over the hill that was behind my old house.

But I remember the big fires from October 2003. There was so much ash on the ground that school was cancelled for a couple days. And I remember school got cancelled for a couple days again in 2007. Nothing fire related since then.

I'm hoping that I stay unaffected this year. I knew a fire was gonna blow up with how insane the temperatures have been.

I live just north of where one of the larger fires is in San Marcos. I evacuated yesterday but got to come home today
