Storm is more badass.
Catwoman is sexier.

Both are childhood faves.
Both are the BEST of their respective comic universe.
However, Catwoman has basically transcended the comics.
She is recycled every halloween by college thot's & **** nationwide. Storm, sadly, is never doing it.

Pfeiffer's Catwoman is the only one that entered pop culture.

If we're talking about the comic book version then it is Catwoman. She is a true feminist icon.
If we're talking about the film versions then Storm slays that kitty cat mercilessly.
