You must not have watched the interview.
All he was complaining about was how Iggy acted like she didn't understand why people thought it was a DJ Mustard record. It's clear that he was very influential during the creation of the song's production. It is HIS sound tbh. Yeah, there are a lot of West Coast producers making similar records, but he is the one who has mainstreamed it (with Rack City, I'm Different, My Hitta, Show Me, etc.) and thus why Fancy has deceived some people into thinking it is a DJ Mustard song.
As he said in the interview, Iggy is still "the homie" and they've known each other since before BOTH of them were big (YG included). He is glad the song has success and he doesn't feel cheated, but he does feel like Iggy shouldn't have played around acting like she didn't know why his name was brought up and he also mentioned that he would have gladly done a record for her.
IMO, he was very respectful.
