Well, it's suppose to be in the new Ok! magazine...I have no idea what this is all about but I'm curious to know..
Maybe they gonna say she didn't love him and the fact they were together caused her this "emotional abuse"?
Or maybe they are just spining this story to get the buzz...Oh, wait I thought Nick was the one using Jessica to do that...Well that's what most of you think anyways.

Anyways I want to know the whole story before I call her "poor".

And again, I need to read the story in order to know what they are talking about....From what I know about him he's a great person but like you all said, you can never know.

People are misreading it. Maybe by 'emotionally abusively' they mean it was too much for them in the end, to keep that image of a happy couple when they weren't anymore, especially cause both came back from the dead due to a reality show that exposed their so-called perfect life together.

Either way, she's probably just trying to grab some much-needed attention.

i dont know whether or not nick abused jessica. i didnt like the way nick kept telling jessica how much money she was allowed to spend. but i dont think that was abuse. i think jessica may have been talking about her dad abusing her. cause he seemed to be very controlling and always involved in her marriage and always telling her what to do. i mean she is over 21 and he still controls her life.

Domestic violence is a BIG NO. I don't think he did though.

I remember hearing all of a sudden around the time Jessica and Papa Joe decided to remove Nick from the marriage that Nick was emotionally abusive towards her. And most figured it was spin by Joe to prevent Nick from getting half of the Simpson cash he had every right to due to having no pre-nup (since HE was worth more when married) and having stayed in that marriage of 3 (Papa Joe included) for as long as he did.

I doubt anything truly happened except for Nick expecting Jess to be, well, an adult and not Daddy's Most Pwecious Angel With Big Titties. Or he banned her from using the AMEX. Of course, if he did, that's a different kettle of fish but due to Joe Simpson being involved AND as many ex's as Jess has now (Dax, Dane, John, Adam Levine, half of Jackass) I'm going with this being just spin by Joe and Co to get Jess some spins on country. "Look! She's just like you!"

You act like Jessica tried to spin the divorce story when they broke up, SHE was the one that stayed quiet for months while he wast he one being an ass & going to magazines to try and spin the story like he was the victim. I think he's the bigger publicity ***** than she is.

and people are overexaggerating it, the emotional abuse was probably being in a relationship where she was hurt emotionally and fell out of love. It was Nick obv.
