It's late for Empire, she has been performing it for a while now, the song rose to #11 on iTunes but if they send it to radio now it will maybe be too late, it takes some time to build an audience on radio.

its not too late for Empire. It can be a sleeper hit like alot of recent hits All of Me, Aint it Fun, and Fancy. songs don't become hits out the gate no more. and Empire will sell the album more than Dare would.
