Tbh he just sampled her last single, and her label cashed in renaming Who'd Have Known to "5 o'clock" (Lily version) for more sales (which ended up selling as a 5 o'clock remix instead of her song ) but yeah.
Go in and let have, Lily. Now, we all know Who'd Have Known is basically Take That's Shine, but at least Lily made it her own. T-Pain just took her voice and used it as a hook to rap around and craft a hit. Lily should have gone with her first decision and not put it on the album (she originally said she wasn't including it on INMIY because she couldn't be arsed to fill out the paperwork to use Shine) so we wouldn't have to hear that dreadful 5 o'clock.
5 O Clock is garbage and a true injustice to the flawfree Who'd Have Known, but she got the cheque, and she cleared the sample, so what exactly does she have to complain about? The song's existence is equally her fault, yet she's discrediting the whole thing like she didn't get paid for it. Her attitude

She's not complaining. She didn't have to do anything and she got money.

The transparency in this post.
She didnt clear the sample. Her label did. She probably got asked, but labels are so forcful. She had nothing to do with it except her label was trying to get a cheap hit.
