I've also heard that Stacy Farber ( Ellie) is a bitch in real life. She and Adamo the guy who played Marco are bestfriends in real life. She's also really good friends with "Drake", Shane Kippel (Spinner), and Lauren Collins (the girl who was Paige). All four of them are Jewish and apparently really close . She auditioned for the role of Annie on 90210 and I heard she was really upset she didn't get it. She used to intern at a couple of fashion magazines in Manhattan and I heard she was nice to the people who worked there but then refused to accept their FB friend requests and would only talk to people who could help her. She used to go to the New School and I think she and the girl who played Liberty come from money. Liberty and Darcy are really close friends in real life.

I actually really like Tristan. I think his personality is very relatable to some of the many queens I know today.

In my opinion, Adam was handled disastrously.

Why did this show get so bad

I still watch, but it's a totally different show now It's less about real problems and all about relationships now

Literally everyone manages to date each other. So incestrous.

Wow so the episode where she had a bulimia must of hit her pretty close.

It happened somewhere between season 6-8 when the senior characters that everybody loved like Paige, Ellie, Marco and Craig had to leave the show and their possible replacements (Declan, Darcy, Mia, Peter) all left the show before their characters developed completely.

Then Emma and Manny left and we were stuck with all these characters that nobody could relate to and the rest is just history. The show is now a soap opera, it's all about who's dating whom and why/when will they break up.

Which Degrassi girl you think had the best makeover? I'm going with Clare.

I'd go with Clare too. She is slaying with that pixie cut.

I wish they were scenes with Paige and Holly J and not just this mini

For me the show changed when season 8 started. It was like a whole new show and Degrassi turned into 90210 type ****. It was wasn't the same school like the earlier seasons.

Degrassi is back up today and I think Shane Kippel is guest hosting the after show.
