They already ruled on it with US v. Windsor! There's nothing more for them to say, and even if they had another case, it wouldn't be argued AT LEAST until this fall and that means no decision for a whole year at the very least.
Anyway, they can't really say, "stop it judges, we don't like you following our previous ruling"
