As boring as TMB SHICD might have been on the HBO special, at the show it was incredible IMO. "Bounce with me" right before the AYYYYE AYYYYE, YAY-HAH YAY-HAH started was like being taken away...
SHICD's production >>>>>>>>>
And people call RedOne basic
Also nick that avi

Monster should've been the second single It could've slayed so hard. Telephone was a huge let down after Bad Romance, tbh. The video slays of course, but the actual chart run was extremely disappointing.

When I went to economics class I was listening to monster and my friend takes a side of my earphones and was like "Whenever I sing this song no one knows it!" Could of been a number 1 smash hit

Gaga could have released TEETH and it would have slayed after BR. She was King Midas back then, anything she touched turned to gold.

She was something new. Everything she did was so refreshing compared to what was out there. I know that is the reason why I became a stan.

I guess it'd be best to stop the whole mindset where we feel bad for wasted opportunities for success. I mean sure Monster, Scheiße etc. would've smashed (and had amazing videos) or Telephone and TEOG would've had better runs with better promo, but we still have those amazing songs to use

Asia is the cutest dog.
Also some of you really need to stop being so defensive and just report someone who you think is trolling. That or ignore. By creating arguments, you're just fueling the fire.

The nostalgia on this page after only 5 years in the game
I guess it's inevitable when you replace talented people (RedOne, Boomkack, Dada, Nicola, Billy B and other makeup artists, the talented directors) that made her, her performances, her videos and her music look/sound good, with talentless hacks. And her handlers who told her how to act which made her intriguing and mysterious back then, without them, she does lame things like taking jabs at Katy when that sort of stuff used to be beneath her

Cause she walks so bad, like it feels so good
Listen to her radiate her magic
Even though she knows she's misunderstood
Voodoo, Voodoo, Voo-Don-Na-Na
I seriously don't understand all of the hate "Donatella" gets. It's a bop, and the post-chorus slays on so many levels.

But the effects used on her vocals in So Happy I Could Die is what makes it so great. It really conveys the essence of being sedated and numb, similar to how Dope's wacky ass vocals are actually rather good in a way because she sounds increasingly erratic, out of her mind and broken as the song progresses.
But Bad Romance is her best song (second place SHICD and then third is Aura, kids!)

Yes! I was indifferent for a while, but something just clicked a couple of weeks ago and now it's one of my faves, it's such a party song, can't wait to see it live

I love it. I don't listen to it often but I don't find it that bad. It does feel more centered towards her female fans though. And I guess some of the gay fans aren't comfortable with that.
