There is no "good side" here. Both Bill and Monica did a bad thing even tho it was consensual (cheating involves an innocent third party in the form of the legal spouse and possibly children who did nothing wrong and therefore are the only real victims here) so it dumb and shortsighted to try to put shame and blame on only Monica or only Bill - both are guilty - both should be ashamed, period.
