And then I changed to Evnascence because my new team was "comeback albums" after a long break, Paramore took their longest break yet, Evanescence took their longest too, and let me not remind you of No Doubts 11 year break...
But if I use that one then I think I won't be able to use Paramore again for the 2013 Rate

If you WANTED to do a PARAMORE/Settle Down/Mosquito rate, there would actually be a theme there - powerful female led bands coming back.
BTDubs, still want someone to do the Blondie/No Doubt/Pretenders/Hole rate I suggested. It would be EPIC.
Rule The World - You can start the Selena Essentials as soon as the Katy Essentials ends.
hello world - so you're here for the 90s Tori/Liz/PJ/Bjork rate? It would be their singles only.

I guess but if Gabegabe doesn't want to I'd prefer to do the Paramore/No Doubt/Yeah Yeah Yeahs one as I know those albums so well the No Doubt album is called Push and Shove btw, not Settle Down, that was the first promo single
I'd be down for both though

Has a P!nk discography rate been done yet? If not someone should host it. P!nk's older music is flawless and amazing!

Are you saying Evanescence is not a powerful female led band and are you saying their latest album was not a come back?

I'll think about if I wanna do the Fueled Ry Ramen Rate or the Female Bands Come Back Rate tonight.
I can only do one cause I want use PARAMORE and once the album has been in a rate it can't be used again in another rate even though it would be used in another completely different rate.
hello_world, I'm apologizing now cause if I choose to do the FBR rate you won't be able to use PARAMORE on your female rate, but I might do the female rate. I don't know yet

The IT Girls of 2000-2001
Whoa Nelly vs. JLO vs. Laundry Service vs. Songs In A Mirror
I really wanna do this one now, this almost like my Latin Pop Reign idea, I have Nelly, Shakira, JLo and now even Alicia!!!!
I also have another idea:
Joint Tours Rock Rate:
Paramore & Fall Out Boy vs. Linkin Park & 30 Seconds To Mars

NO....
... but a rate I initially pitched, about the TRUE It girls of the 00-01 season (the ones who got 17 Grammy nominations and six wins that year) - Whoa Nelly/Songs in A Minor/Acoustic Soul - is still open. Would love for you (or anyone else) to host it.

Why not? please
I only stole the tittle rate from you because I knew Laundry Service, JLO, and Songs In A Mirror were all released in 2001 and I thought of doing a 2001 Rate and then I thought of including Nelly (cause she's my fave and because I'm Like A Bird didn't take off until 2001 in the U.S.)
But both JLO and LS are more successful than Acoustic Soul.
All of this albums are available, no one has use them. Please let me do this rate, please Ace, please.

I'm REALLY in love with the original idea, so I'm going to have to decline. Maybe you weren't present at the time, but the three girls were ALWAYS grouped up together - they even did a mutual cover of Entertainment Weekly! (That I have in my archives somewhere.) It just makes the most sense.
I think you should do it! It's never a bad idea to be exposed to new music.

I don't think its fair and you're being biased. The albums are available to use and I wanna use them
You had an idea and I'm giving another direction, just like when I said the idea of my female fronted bands rate and then you went and gave it another direction by using different albums by other bands.
The only new music I could exposed to would be Acoustic Soul.

Let's just agree to disagree on this matter (because I believe I'm still listed as the host of the rate I suggested!), and focus on other rates.
When did you want to start one of the other rates?

LMAO I am! So you didn't even "come up" with the 'idea.' If anything, I would be lending it to you ... which I don't feel comfortable with?
But totally want you to start another one of your rates soon!

Actually I did come up with my own idea since you said Loose and Christina Aguilera were already used, I thought I could create another Rate with the two albums still available which are Laundry Service and JLo, and then since Nelly is my fave I thought of replacing Loose with Whoa Nelly so I could still have Nelly on the rate and then after that I realized both LS and JLO were released in 2001 with WN being released in 2000 and then I remembered I'm Like A Bird didn't take of in the US until 2001 and then I thought I'd included another album to have a 4 album rate and I know Alicia has been releasing albums every 2 years (till 2009) since 2001 so I thought of including her and I checked the OP to see if WH and SIAM were alreeady used and I saw your rate on "hiatus" meaning the albums have not been used yet and you already told me that I could use JLO and LS.

Right, but there's no connection between the four albums besides the fact that they're all released in 2001 and by women. (And one was released in 2000, while another didn't even really take off until 2002 ...)
Whereas the rate I want to host has a very clear theme - three young women who broke out during the same Grammy eligibility period, who enjoyed mainstream coverage, hits, critical acclaim and the respect of their peers. Putting JLO with them doesn't make ANY sense whatsoever.

3 albums were released in 2001 with one taking off also in 2001, 3 albums were debut albums, 3 of them sold over 10 Million WW, all of them with Top 10 hits in 2001, all of them saw success because of their uniqueness, all of them are by Latin artists or of Latin descent, all of the albums were your not so typical Pop white girl music of that time
But about the Fall Madness Pop Girl Album Rate? the only connection is that albums were released in Fall 2013 by women and those kind of rates are allowed....
