As much as I love my girl Avril, I have to say that (from recent releases) it has to be "Hello Kitty." It is such a bad song and I have to wonder why she did that.
From classic hits it'd be Sisqó's "The Thong Song". An embarrassing mess.

It's easily the messiest song of all time. Fruit-sex puns, the chorus talks about poop.
It's not even easy to listen to between the robot singing, piercing beat, and shrill vocals.
