I've just become a hypochondriac and no matter how often I go to the doctors, I still believe I'm sick. I fear I'll NEVER feel healthy again.
Don't Google anything starting now, a simple headache turns into a brain tumour and a lump turns into terminal cancer which I can guarantee you don't have, focus on something else apart from your body.
I went to snorkeling for the first time last month and it was the WORST experience I've had with the ocean. I realized that there were too many crazy ugly things down there (I mean all those corals look good individually, but when they collide, its a different story). It was only 2m deep but I felt uncomfortable, everything was giant and too big, those holes, the fear of big killer fishes aka sharks ... When I first jumped to the water, I was confident and else (I can swim) but after see those "things", I need a life-jacket to swim back to the boat
