I don't get that decision either.
It made top 20 on Pop radio so it wasn't a total flop and is known by at least some people. And I'll be buying the CD version so I'm pissed that I won't have it on CD even though it's obviously on my iPod. Unfair since it's not like it was bigger outside the US than it was inside it.
And it's a great song...if they had to give the international version a bonus track, it should have been a new one. Not one that deserved to be on every version of the EP.

His vocals on it reminded me a bit of Justin tbh.
But nobody just gave it to him to sing, he wrote it himself with his friend. He also produced it himself apparently.
Regardless, the teenyboppers will eat it up!
it's definitely NOT single material though. 
But I'm happy that he got that exposure and is continuing to build dem sales.
