Most female singers can hit a D5 rather comfortably. Christina, being a mezzo, should have no problem with this note. It's not that high at all.
I would say Christina's voice is already gone. And this is simply due to improper technique. Beyoncé' voice is here to stay, as she had the best technique in the industry (and her habit of lip syncing is convenient for her voice, no shade).
As for whose voice will deteriorate the most in coming years? I would say Miley and Adele. I know Miley smokes, and that will be a huge factor to her voice's deterioration, and I'm unsure if Adele still smokes or not but she's already had a surgery for her voice's swear and tear.
