i know for a fact that would never happen where I live. maybe its just like that in the bigger cities. by the way the first guy wasn't even dressed badly
Are people really that scared to help out someone that may be / look like a bum?! The second guy looked professional in a suit, so people seemed less cautious to go up to a business man vs. a "bum."
Quite sad if this is really true. Maybe they thought the first time, he was a 'bum' and just taking a nap in public?! But he was saying "Help Me" so never mind about that theory...haha weird...
In America, that wouldn't of happened when he was "dressed down". People would have went up to him to see what's wrong with him... well at least where I live.
