Wasn't she doing stadiums then though? I think this time they're taking it easy on the stadiums in case she's declined in popularity in some of the international countries. It's probably a risk they just don't want to take on some and they'd rather fill those up with smaller venues with multiple dates.

Exactly. They're playing it safe and allowing supply to meet demand. Who's to say that the stadiums of people who saw her last time would return so soon after to a tour supporting an album that didn't do as well?

What people fail to realise here is that that doesn't automatically mean 'DECLINE!!!11'. Audiences fluctuate depending on success/material. Gaga is fortunate that she has such a good reputation as a performer and that a lot of people will go regardless of her latest albums because of her previous hits. Still, there are thousands who won't bother this time round because of ARTPOP but will if #5 is to their liking.

People constantly ignore this. Just because she's not performing for as many people doesn't mean anything in the long run. She's still performing for people. There is still demand to be met. The fact that she's played the stadium is enough in and of itself. You can't invalidate no matter how hard you try.

She's gonna perform here in October and November and I'm glad she's not doing a stadium. I was freezing for the BTW Ball.
Also. It's rare for international artists to perform somewhere else than in Paris and in Nice (I don't understand why she's not doing Nice tho). Rihanna did it, but she's bigger, that's probably why she was able to sell out all her shows, even in Lille.
