slippery slope of an attitude. pretty soon nothing will be rewarded because if someone is rewarded for being "_____," those who are not "____" will feel shamed or slighted or discriminated against or whatever. Being overweight should not affect people's ability to get jobs or win competitions not related to appearance because it is an appearance-related issue. A Beauty pageant is all about image, and more so than that image that fits to a very specific ideal.

Here's a thought, why not go try for something less superficial and use your brain or other abilities to achieve things, rather than bitching and moaning because you want to feel pwetty
