Well, I love your enthusiasm, but that Bjork/MIA rate is kind of specious at best.
BUT. A rate I have been thinking of for a while is QUEEN of the 90s - in an Alternative Way.
All singles - from 1990 - 1999 - released by Bjork, Tori Amos, P.J. Harvey, and Liz Phair competing against each other. Would you be interested?

I was, but that would limit the number of people that could possible take part in it. I was thinking of doing the Spanish Rate after this one 
Which two albums??? And why can't I???
Also I wanted to make a 3rd Rate with all of their latest albums: The Spirit Indestructible, Lotus, SHAKIRA, and A.K.A. after the Spanish Rate

Christina Aguilera and Loose are the albums that have been rated. Once an album has been rated, it cannot be re-rated.
(BTW, so has Lotus. Every Christina album has been rated EXCEPT For Mi Reflejo. Baby Jane her impact.)
So Mi Reflejo/Como Una Mujer/Whatever Nelly's album was called/other will have to be your rate!

This is so unfair, who made this rule?and why isn't this rule in the OP?
So I got my hopes up for nothing?
I'll definitively do the Spanish Domination Rate with Mi Reflejo, Mi Plan, Como Una Mujer, and either Shakira's first or second album...
What about a female fronted bans rate? I'd like to do that too but I don't which albums have been rated. I was thinking of having Paramore, No Doubt, Evanescence, and Hey Monday albums on it

I'd be here for the female fronted bands rate.
But we just had the Paramore discography rate, we already had the No Doubt one too a while back. Evanescence discography is about to start. That leaves Cass with Hey Monday... I don't really know the official rules with the discography rates though if you can use the albums/songs or not.

SOMEONE GRAB THIS IDEA ....
Live Through This/Parallel Lines/The Pretenders/Tragic Kingdom. Iconic, genre shifting albums by female fronted bands. THAT IS AN ACTUAL THEME. Do you see where I'm going? There needs to be something more than just "girls in front of guys, singing!"

Successful albums by female fronted bands who represent female rockers? 
I could also do PARAMORE, Push and Shove, Mosquito, and Evanescence? all 2012/2013 releases by female fronted bands
EDIT: Eva was a 2011 release, but it could still work being a rate of their latest albums?

I mentioned this a few weeks ago and not sure if you replied but, would there be any discography spots opening up soon and if so could I host a Selena Gomez Discography at that time? Thanks in advance.

Check post #9 on the first page - HuebertMiguel is scheduled to host the Selena disco.
You, however, could host a Selena Essentials rate - everything Selena's ever recorded, EXCEPT the singles. Are you interested in that?
