Do you also believe she was stressed at the Golden Globes, as she claimed? The stressed people I know would've fainted in a massive panic attack trying to mutter a word. I thought that was quite insulting to people with actual anxiety problems. Genuine or not, she should really cool it with comments about anxiety and stress, and food and weight for that matter.
