Your bringing up of the alberti bass is really interesting. Mozart may be considered a "generic" composer when it comes to his early works but A) He assimilated the classical style at a remarkable rate, he wrote his first symphony at the age of 8 years, and it was already compared to symphonies by Johann Stamitz, an established developer of the symphony.
B) The classical language is vast. The alberti bass is simply a way to treat a longer harmonic rhythm (how long chords function for), it didn't make the progressions any less complex when you really zoom out and look at his pieces as a full picture rather than focusing measure by measure.

I prefer the alberti bass and longer harmonic rhythm rather than coloring every other note like in the Baroque period. The alberti bass forces composers to look at the wider picture of where a piece is going and requires a sophisticated understanding of that. Anyone can harmonize each and every single note. Really interesting point because I see pop stars working intuitively with their chord progressions in the same way, but the language is so limited that it's actually disappointing when they do it.

I don't need to explain that are a lot of factors other than the alberti bass when it comes to the classical style. Composers were establishing forms and manipulating then.
