6 Billion people to watch Pitbull!
The song, We Are One, will be performed by Pitbull, together with Jennifer Lopez and Claudia Leitte, at the FIFA World Cup™ Opening Ceremony on June 12 at the Arena de Sao Paulo. An estimated 6 billion people will watch.

I think the number isn't far off if they do things right. Normally more than 1 billion people watch the World cup,
if they tie in things with the Internet and streaming including Youtube and plays over time 6 Billion people just may watch this year.

What BS. Theres 7 billion on the planet its not even possible for that many to view a TV set or internet
Many football fans dont even bother watching the opening ceremony. 1 billion more likely.

2 billion is still way to many people. That's more than a quarter of the world population.
The World cup is big, but it isn't THAT big.

& more people now have the internet than a TV connection.
Plus only half of the world population is awake for the World Cup.
