it's simple, in eurovision you have 12, 10, 8-1 points
to do this easier, let's assume that there's only 3, 2 and 1 point
jury votes
country a - 3 points
country b - 2 points
country c - 1 point
public votes
country c - 3 points
country d - 2 points
country a - 1 points
you add all this we have
country c -
1+
3 = 5
country a -
3 +
1 = 4
country b - 2
country d - 2
so country C gets
3 BIG points, A gets
2 big points,
