I don't think Bangerz had any hits left on it + people were already sick of her and her stunts by the time she released Adore You (God bless her for thinking that masturbating in a video --especially for a ballad-- was a good idea.)
She should have put 23 on her album. It's a great song with a fun video and better than anything on Bangerz.
Party In The USA & Wrecking Ball are such (future) classics. We will be hearing from Miley for a very long time. She has it all: the looks, an iconic tone & a pretty decent voice, the cultural impact, a decent-sized fan base and she's willing to do anything for attention. She just needs to work on getting more global.
Miley can re-invent herself again (poor Gaga), I think she knows she's been way too overexposed and people were getting sick of it and that's why she probably just decided to focus on her tour
She can easily do something totally different than Bangerz on her next album.
