I think David A is in November 4 and Cook still doesn't got a release date...As far as I know.

http://www.atrl.net/forums/showthread.php?t=58849 and Amazon added it at the end of July. Someone at a Kelly board emailed Amazon asking if the date was accurate, and amazon replied that it's just an estimate. It seems like a realistic date to me, so hopefully it sticks.
