I like Dirty Picture, but it's kind of on the same level as Boots & Boys and VIP for me. Worse than VIP, but better than Boots & Boys.

I remember being pressed when I saw the video on TV cause Taio had recorded extra vocals for the clean version and Kesha just had some sort of stuttering mess

"Stay" is so beautiful, I can relate to it so much.
Borderline stanning right now.

Prom tonight for me. Hoping to bop to Timber. When we were setting up they played Tik Tok and Die Young.

Stan a little. I'm pretty sure I had the second highest, or at least one of the highest, plays out of the ATRL Animals for Die Young in the first 24 hours. Jeff stanned too hard and bet me

The fact that you know that statistic. Slay a bit, I guess. I'm pretty sure I'm the Kat who listened to "This Is How We Do" the most... it had over 200 plays within a week or so (this was after listening to the entire album quite a lot, too), and surpassed Roar, which I'd had for over two months already.
...
Also, I've decided to enter my classy era. I'm legitimately so sick and tired of the catty shadiness that goes on this site. Actually, let me take that back, it's not the shadiness I hate, it's the blatant dragging and the "kiis" and reactions from other members quoting it like sheep that's really pissing me off. I know that's all part of ATRL's charm, but it's getting to the stage, for me at least, where it's lost all charm, and it's just becoming disgusting and embarrassing. Stand Your Ground makes me feel physically sick whenever I think of it because it's literally full of people fishing for arguments for their own sick satisfaction so that they can drag someone else ruthlessly and get away with it. A bunch of spineless keyboard warriors. It's just a little bit too... bitchy for my liking. I've realised that I enjoy ATRL a whole lot more when the focus is actually on the music, not the drama (Gaga teas). /rantover

I only really post in the Kesha base since no mods come in here and nobody reports (me). I got a WP for giving a negative opinion on Zayns looks. The bias in the rest of the site just ain't fun and is boring

I love many more artists than just those in my sig, believe me. It's just I don't like showing too many, and it's ATRL, so pop gurls are pretty much synonymous with the forum. Katy and Gaga do make real music though (sans ARTPOP), let the light in. Whenever I listen to PRISM I smile and feel happy, which isn't exactly a feeling I have a lot. I know that Katy's been commercialised a lot since her debut, but I still stan for the artist that's deep down in there. That's the thing, a lot of people just see "Katy Perry" or "Lady Gaga" in the sig and assume that the stan just stans for successful singles and such, but I genuinely am one of those stans who, long before ATRL, looked into the artist and I guess fell in love with their personality and artistry and checked out their unreleased material and all of that. I've done that for pretty much all of my main faves, including Nicki Minaj, Iggy Azalea, and many others.
The only thing I will say though is that I do tend to gravitate towards more popular acts... but that's only where it starts, I get into the real stuff thanks to the exposure that I get from mainstream music. If you want to suggest anyone, I'm all for giving someone a listen who I haven't heard of before. That reminds me, I need to check out Tove Lo and Neon Hitch still.

real music finds YOU, you don't find it
it speaks to your soul and takes you through a journey

If Ariana's next album is even half as good as Yours Truly, I'll be happy. "Problem" shows some promise. I should probably get into more artists while I wait for Kesha to release something, anyway.
