i'm serious there was a whole lil section blocked off. my friend called and told me she was gonna shoot a video in DC but i paid it no mind until i was driving around and saw for myself. just be ready around mid august for the video

idk if you know but you know how they have those little set cards for when somethings going on and they say what it is because it's part of the permit the video director has to get from the city, well i seen that with a few secuirty officers and i "heard" what sounded like chris brown because there's no denying his voice. i could be right i could be wrong but i KNOW that ciara did shoot some of her video here and also in Soho New York
