SXSW happened in March. Katy filmed this when she dyed her hair green, and that was in April.

But this doesn't have to be necessarily inspired by Gaga. Maybe it was just the theme Katy was going for.

I didn't say I knew, just that post production on these things isn't quick, tours are in development for 6 months before opening night, concepts are worked, drawn up, filmed, edited etc

Well the vomiting thing was taken from a Monster Ball interlude so...yeah. 90% of katy's tour is taken from other tours from Madonna, Kylie, Gaga and even Rihanna. It looks really fun though.
