Kim Kardashian and Kanye West can't get married, because their prenup is still being hashed out. The marriage will NOT take place until both sign on the dotted line.
Our sources say -- unlike Kim's prenup with Kris Humphries -- the current negotiations are friendly ... there's no fighting. We're told there's just a lot to work out, and it got complicated by the fact that Kanye recently changed management.

I'm sorry but it not about the money. Who says they are going to stay married if they make it down the aisle. I mean did it not take 2 year for her last divorce to go though and she was only married for 2 months. The papers are just letting her leave with what she came into the married with. Same with Kanye if they don't work.
