He was "out" already but Nickelodeon made him backtrack when they signed him for the TV Show.
They made him delete his original FB page (where he identified himself as bi), started rumors about him dating one of his co-stars (Katelyn Tarver) and overall m characterade as straight as possible (first one to have a girlfriend, always had a love interest during the whole show, he was the man of the family, etc).
Why did I never know this, flop stan.
