It's not your place or job to determine who has an unhealthy obsession. Loving someone to the point of defending their every move and seeing nothing wrong with them is also unhealthy. It's not up tp you to say anything about anyone else on a personal level like that.

It is unhealthy to obsess over someone you hate.
